About the role
As the Manager Human Resources you are accountable for managing and delivering the HR operational functions including recruitment and selection, employment conditions, technical HR advice, employee and industrial relations, workforce reporting, case management and workplace health and safety.
You will both manage and provide hands on delivery of services and advice to a range of stakeholders including contributing to the future employment framework for QAO.
We are looking for
You should be a HR generalist with experience in and/or knowledge of the Queensland public sector. You are looking for a challenge and an opportunity to enhance your professional development in this temporary role.
