**About the role**:
As a Customer Support Officer for our Retail Team your objective is to provide superior assistance to the customer base by resolving various customer and delivery issues on the retail customers & dealers front. You will also be required to be a proactive go getter & build rapport with our customers and increase sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide superior assistance to our customers via inbound/outbound calls
- Resolve customer issues in an efficient and effective manner
- Assist our business development and field sales team with admin support as required
- Liaise with existing and new customers about our products and services
- Process/place and amend new or existing orders.
- Upselling promotional products to align with business objectives.
- Track orders and liaise with internal/external logistics teams for any delivery questions
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role/customer service management (e.g. retail, contact centre, or hospitality).
- Previous experience in Sales & the FMCG space (Advantageous)
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must have strong attention to detail as you will be required to key in large orders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for making a difference in customers' lives (bonus points if you're into food or fitness).

**Shift Details**:
- Our current Customer Service Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.
- Your work day will start between 8am - 9am & end between 4pm - 5pm (8 hour work days)
