Business banking at ANZ is about relationships. It’s how we anticipate and support our customers’ needs, whether they’re starting, running or growing their business.
We’re growing our close-knit Melbourne team of customer care specialists who use their great customer service experience to support our small and medium sized customers. Working from home and from the office, they connect with customers via phone to understand their needs and provide transaction banking and working capital solutions.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for people with very strong customer service experience from hospitality or retail, looking to kick start a new career with lots of future opportunities and work sociable hours.
**Role Location**: Hybrid working from home and 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
**Role Type**: Permanent
**Work Schedule**: Full Time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Genuine passion for helping business owners start up, grow and run their business
Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs and provide an end-to-end solution
Ideally have a track record demonstrating excellent results working towards targets
Phone-based customer service would be highly regarded
Ability to understand a wide array of products and complex situations
