As a Customer Care Officer you will deliver a great on boarding experience to drive customer engagement. You will ensure customers activate (access and use) their recently opened commercial products, check for other cross-sell opportunities and educate customers on Small Business value adds.

**Your duties and responsibilities include**:

- Checking the product is set up correctly, it’s the right product and they have access to it in the way they want to (hygiene)
- Check (and resolve) the customers banking product is correctly set up and is suitable for their needs
- Educating customers about their new/existing products, ensuring the customer has a clear understanding on how to use the product, its features and its rates/fees
- Ensuring the customer has access to their new products in the way they want to including
- Provide feedback to acquisition channels to improve the onboarding process
- Providing excellent customer service, support and care
- Identify and respond to customer concerns and needs,
- Assist customers with products and services and educate them on easy ways to bank
- Support vulnerable people
- Support and contribute to the ANZ team
- Deal with difficult situations, communicate effectively and use business systems
