We are seeking an experienced, part-time team member to support the General Manager in Administration and Lifestyle in our Retirement Village Serviced Apartments.

This is a unique position, giving someone the opportunity to be part of a close knit community and a small team supporting the residents and families where needed.

The role entails
- Reception and Administration duties
- Exceptional customer service
- Understanding of the Retirement Village Act and Code
- Creating and maintaining all filing systems
- Home Care Package rostering
- Conduct tours of available apartments
- Participate in lifestyle activities as required

About you
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in similar role
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Rostering experience
- Australian Citizen
- Holding a current Police Clearance
- Can work independently or as a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Police Clearance (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
