**Role Summary**:
The Vulnerable Customer Program Principal is a newly created opportunity in our Vulnerable Customer team based at our Perth CBD office.

As the Vulnerable Customer Program Principal, you will be responsible for driving a program of work to mature Synergy’s vulnerable customer products and services offerings, ensuring the delivery of social and financial value to both customers and Synergy’s stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Establish a clear set of principles to guide initiative prioritisation across the program of work.
- Develop and maintain a clear program of work to mature the Vulnerable Customer services and solutions.
- Maintain oversight of external data, research, and trends to ensure Synergy’s program of work is aligned to best practice and progress in the vulnerable customer market segment.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving the delivery of vulnerable customer products and services.
- Ensure stakeholder map for the vulnerable customer program of work is updated regularly and reviewed against the program of work.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Social Sciences, Commerce/ Business
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a customer-centric industry or organization.
- 7 - 10+ years in a corporate environment (e.g., energy/resources, banking, consulting)
- Strong experience in delivering a program of work related to customer service and product delivery.
- Experience working across business units, preparing business cases, and leading a program of work and the initiatives within it.
