decarbonised solutions.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Principal Commercial Analyst will Provide
commercial and financial support to the Commercial team, and will support other business
units and advise of commercial obligations as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead/support the management of the existing contract suite including power purchase

agreements, gas agreements, connection agreements, electricity market agreements
and leases to ensure EDL is abiding by its contractual obligations to its principle
customers.
- Lead/support interactions with customers and major suppliers as required to address

contractual issues and/or requirements.
- Lead/support the implementation of new contractual arrangements to support the

existing assets.
- Gain a thorough knowledge of all sales contract documentation including project

deeds and major supplier contracts.
- Lead/support the development of the processes and systems required for compliance

with relevant energy market compliance and settlements.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a commercial role
- Experience in the power generation industry
- Experience in the WA Electricity Market, NEM or NT electricity market
- Tertiary qualification in a finance or energy related discipline, preferably accounting,

economics, or engineering
