**About The Position**

The Y WA is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Executive Principal who has the experience and leadership capabilities to support a skilled team to achieve the School's strategic intent.

Our Vocational School provides the right learning environment to improve the social, educational and employment outcomes for young people, in particular those who have experienced challenges effectively engaging in education or training.

The Executive Principal will lead the development and implementation of teaching and learning programs at the Y Vocational School with an emphasis on learning that enables young people to flourish and support them to grow in body, mind and spirit.

You will be an experienced leader and have excellent policy and administration skills to be able to work collaboratively with your school leadership team to ensure student success and the effective development of three pillars of the school - academic, wellbeing and vocational education.
