NSW Government Agency is looking for an experienced ICT Procurement Manager with NSW Gov experience to join their team in the CBD of Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with our stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver complex sourcing activities considering risk, value for money and business needs
- Undertake market, best procurement practices, and upcoming innovation analysis by collaborating with partners for inputs into procurement strategy and ongoing procurement activities
- Conduct compliant sourcing activities in accordance with NSW Government’s policies and delegations to meet business needs
- Lead negotiations to establish and review supply arrangements that will deliver value for money procurement outcomes
- Deliver end to end sourcing and commercial execution activities, including preparation of tenders, conduct evaluations, supplier negotiations, contract development and executions
- Develop a range of procurement related documents, including briefing note, procurement plans, sourcing strategy, tender documents, evaluation plans, negotiation strategy/plans and other reports & briefs

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area and/or proven commercial experience
- Proven experience in procurement within the NSW Government
- Knowledge of the ICT sector including telecommunications, software, hardware, cloud, and professional services are highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
