**About us**
Within Fair Trading and Regulatory Services, the Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry. We are now launching a NEW scheme to provide portable long service benefits to the community services industry. Be part of this growing team, taking lead on managing the program of change underway.

**In this role**:
You will input into the strategic direction and be responsible for the iterative planning and delivery of change management implementation activities that are consistent with the program change approach.

Working in close partnership with the LSC executive team and stakeholders, you will ensure the business is ready and equipped with the right tools (including impacts assessments) to successfully implement change.

**About you**
You are an experienced, driven and customer-centric senior change professional with a track record delivering complex change or transformational programs in a regulatory environment.

Your have demonstrated expertise in working on multidisciplinary programs, developing and implementing change plans and communicating impacts to the business.

You can influence and drive successful change outcomes in a multi-faceted and complex organisation.

You have demonstrated expertise in managing transformation initiatives related to:

- Integration of new systems and processes.
- Driving efficiencies and process optimisation.
- Enhancing member and customer experiences.
- Delivering enterprise-wide functional and structural changes.

You are experienced in leading and facilitating stakeholder groups across all levels of the organisational hierarchy.

Your resilience, determination, and ability to overcome unexpected challenges that can arise in a large and ever-changing landscape will prove beneficial to your success.

You will ideally hold a certification or qualifications in change management such as Prosci and have knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, Agile.
