**About the role**

A FitFleet® Customer Value Agreement (CVA) is an ongoing support and maintenance solution provided by WesTrac, for an individual, or a fleet of machines of any brand. A FitFleet® CVA encompasses both an agreement and access to an online portal that provides data-driven insights into the overall health and utilisation of that machine. Reporting to the Fleet Performance Manager, the Asset Solutions Manager is required to provide strategy planning, review pricing and contracts solutions for WesTrac’s FitFleet® CVA offerings.

A key aspect for this position is developing and enhancing systems and process to ensure a quality end to end customer experience is delivered by the business.

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Maintenance Management / Commerce / Management or related field with demonstrated post study with relevant experience
- Proven leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Previous Customer facing / relationship experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage people through team building to achieve set targets
- Ability to grasp strategic concepts and implement and manage plans to an outcome
- Excellent business management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial management and budget preparation
- Sound knowledge of company systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Developed time management skills
- Team focused and balanced approach
- Focus on change for continuous improvement

**_Desirable:_**
- Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar’s information system
- Demonstrated knowledge of repair and maintaining earthmoving equipment
