Talent International is searching for an experienced **Change Manager** to join our client, a large utility company. This role is based in **Fortitude Valley** on a 12-month contract + extensions.

**About the role**:
Work within the enterprise change enablement team to develop and deliver project-related change, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies and plans on the Customer and Stakeholder Relations Project, while working closely with the Sponsor, Leads, SME's and ICT team to advise, coach and deliver the change enablement strategy for a new billing and corporate wide CRM solution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage the Enterprise Change Enablement Strategy to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder management and communication plans, and training plans.
- Own and manage the change management activities within overall integrated project plan; collaborating with the broader project team for the completion of deliverables.
- Clarify and articulate the change across people, process and systems taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness and leadership requirements to embed the changes effectively
- Through stakeholder analysis, identify potential employee and client-based risks and develop specific plans to support people through change.
- Development of project learning plans and associated materials and provide train the trainer expertise and coaching to SME's.
- Coordinate or conduct appropriate two-way engagement and provide transparent, clear, concise, timely and relevant communication to key stakeholder groups throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Conduct change readiness assessments to ensure successful project implementation and transition.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure change approaches meet business needs and to manage expectations.
- Monitor and report on change management plans and deliverables effectiveness and, where required, adapt plans to ensure deliverables remain relevant.
- Assist in the continual improvement of change capability.
- Work collaboratively with project team members and the organisational specialists (e.g. Learning & Development, People & Culture, ICT, Operations) to deliver project outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**:
Technical:

- Understanding of project management processes to effectively deliver change and integrate deliverables
- Excellent planning, facilitation and coordination skills related to change planning, stakeholder and impact assessments
- Ability to lead, coach and teach other staff, with respect to developing change skills and capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and the ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments and to manage related registers and plans
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to deliver organisational change

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years change management experience
- Highly motivated individual with a knowledge of change management methodologies and experience in implementing change, stakeholder engagement and communications strategies in practical situations
- Experience working within a project environment and the ability to work with ambiguity
- Enjoys problem solving, works effectively in a team environment and readily gains confidence of Managers and colleagues
- Applies logic and judgement considering the 'big picture'
- Effective self-management including personal responsibility, resilience, flexibility and emotional intelligence.
- Learning and development design and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing others, including experience in driving change and continuous improvement

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience with CRM and/or billing technologies
- PCI or PROSCI Certified
- Implementation of Digital Adoption technology and strategies
- Digital Communications
- Exceptional understanding and experience in the management of change within an established and geographically dispersed organisation
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
