Make your mark with this position by optimising our existing processes and develop our Site Training & Development program. Stimulate our employees to develop their capabilities while maintaining our training needs and compliance to drive cultural and capability improvement. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager and working closely with the Plant Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the coordination of training activities, systems and supporting administration, ownership of the Learning Management System and execution of the T&D Pillar.
The Role
Responsible for the Learning Management System, ensuring data is accurate and up to date, monitor module completion and follow up where required
Support the Site CI Manager to deploy T&D Pillar engaging with key stakeholders across the site to drive maturity of the pillar, build capability and engagement
Partner with Safety, Quality and HR leaders to ensure site is compliant with all mandatory compliance training and audit requirements
Partner with site shift managers to administer skills matrix
Partner with site Shift Managers and HR to facilitate employee induction and orientation, assign and track "on the job" training materials

About You
2+ years in Training, Operations, and/or Manufacturing fields required
Demonstrated experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Problem solving and influencing skills
Ability to work autonomously
