National Perm Manager required for a recruitment company.
The role of National Perm Recruitment Manager is fundamental to the continued growth of this well established National Recruitment Company.

Working from head office in Bundall and reporting to the General Manager based in Adelaide, you will working alongside other divisional leaders, who are focused on the same goal of continued growth and a valued service.

Your main charter will be to grow a team of Perm Recruiters nationally, show exemplary project leadership capability and understand how to navigate conflicting client priorities to achieve stakeholder satisfaction.
Day to day duties include but are not limited to:
- New Business Development
- Writing policies and procedures for the Perm business
- Travel to client sites
- National travel when required for the role

Your ability to train in permanent recruitment methodology is paramount and in return you will be offered $90,000 - $100,00 plus superannuation plus commission starting salary and increase based on met KPI’s

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
