The Opportunity _**

Reporting directly to the Chief People and Transformation officer, this could well be a career defining opportunity for a visionary Talent Acquisition leader who is looking for a role that is the perfect combination of operational leadership, strategy development and functional transformation.

Infinite Care operates 17 residential aged care facilities across three states and has a growth mandate to expand further across the country in the coming months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify, develop, and implement a “best in industry” TA model through.
- Providing operational leadership to an established TA and Onboarding team
- Ensuring that our “tech stack” is fully optimised and enables rapid recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Working collaboratively across functions to deliver on key initiatives to achieve outcomes in our People First strategy.

- Excellent communication skills (driving and managing change will be a big part of this role),
- A track record in implementing and managing corporate TA functions.
- A passion for innovation in the TA space and is willing to challenge the status quo.
- A high level of stakeholder engagement and leadership skills and can demonstrate a track record of navigating complex change and delivering positive outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
- It is best that you are straight talking and essential that you have a sense of humour
