Vets Central is on a mission to become Australia's leading veterinary partner, dedicated to supporting high-quality veterinary care across the country.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Locum Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end process of securing locum veterinarians for our clinics, acting as the go-to person to ensure our clinics are fully supported and running smoothly.

This role can be structured as full-time or part-time hours per week), giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that works best (within reason).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write brand-consistent advertisements and media campaigns to attract locums.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Coordinating and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Facilitating interviews.
  • Taking vacancy briefs.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Recruitment experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a veterinary background (advantageous).
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
