Customer Service Opportunity within a leading food distribution company | 60k + super | Banksmeadow

Work for a national food importing company who distribute nationally to supermarkets, wholesalers, hotels/resorts, private shops, manufacturers, shipping providers and airline caterers. You will be a part of a close knit and supportive team within an exciting and large organisation.

**Your new role**
- Attend to inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage and be accountable for processing of customer orders.
- Build and sustain a rapport with customers.
- Identify and Handle customer complaints / enquires

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Strong contact centre/customer service experience
- Knowledge of the food Industry (desirable but not essential)
- Understanding of transport - local, intra / interstate
- Typing skills min 30wpm
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel

**What you'll get in return***
