This role will be responsible to manage the end to end sourcing and recruitment pipeline.
**What you will be doing**:
- Assist to develop sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies.
- Design, plan and execute selection process including planning interview and selection procedures, screen calls, assessments and in person interviews.
- Work with management stakeholders to make key hires.
- Manage Employee Referral program..
**Qualifications**:
**Skills that set you apart**:
- 3 Years plus Internal Recruitment experience
- Experience in financial sector and/or technology roles preferred.
- Experience across entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from identification through to onboarding
- Knowledge of ATS.
- Knowledge of employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection & sourcing methods
- Hands on experience with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
