Every day we do work that has incredible purpose and meaning. As the **Team Leader for our Client Services team**, you will be instrumental in ensuring NDIS participants and our other clients receive access to therapy.

**The Role**

You will coach, guide, mentor, manage and develop a team of Client Services Officers, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

You will also need to be comfortable with data to ensure that we are achieving client metrics, monitoring and improving the client experience and achieving KPI across the team.

You will enjoy building collaborative relationships across all your stakeholders and have a focus on continuous improvement.

**This is a permanent full time role based out of our St Leonards, Sydney office. **About You**
- Previous experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a healthcare or allied health setting
- Understanding and/or experience with the NDIS and/or disability health
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently
- Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills
- Clear NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- A current valid Working with Children Check (or equivalent)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
