**Team Leader (NDIS) Bendigo** The role of Team Leader involves both leading and mentoring a team, as well as directly supporting people with disability when required. You will have an understanding of the dynamic nature of support work and a dedication to minimising the risks associated with the service, you will provide effective individualised and tailored supports to NDIS participants to enable them to achieve their goals. You will do this whilst considering input from all stakeholders associated with each participant. These supports will promote community inclusion, independence, decision making, choice and control. You will be responsible for delivering support and services to a caseload of participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
