Platform Account Executive

The Platforms Account Executive is an individual contributor role in the regional structure.
The main goal for this role is to identify and monetize 'Platform as customer' opportunities with current customers pipeline in the designated area accross all target verticals and proactively pitch value propositions to potential platforms.
- Sells a subset of product or services directly to prospective and existing Platforms as a customers base, in designated geographical territory and achieving determined revenue targets for Platforms accounts
- Execute in accordance to Platforms GTM plan
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
- Own for new and existing client relationship end-to-end
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Expanding touch points and footprint in key accounts
- Supports the detection of opportunities as well as potential blockers, thus successfully transforms them into initiatives
- Work closely with Regional Platforms Manager to align key initiatives, providing input on new areas of growth for our product offering per sub-industry while aligning marketing strategy.
- Sharing market feedback and useful insights, bringing attention to specific regional use cases or ICP, Pricing and other market specific commercial conditions
- Collaborate and coordinate with Customer Services teams (Professional Services, Customer Support & Customer Success) to provide service delivery of our cutting-edge product suite and effortless handling of customer inquiries.
- Constantly improving customer journey experience for Platforms accounts and engagement model and setting up ground for success.
- Work closely with the CSE to develop proper account planning and customer journey mapping, to increase the value of our offering and grow each platform/account
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted partner to your clients maintain account health
- As a Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years applicable experience including 2 years of sales experience with Platforms (B2B2C) as customer type
- Successful sales track record
- Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts
- Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors
- Interaction with C-level players
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
- Travel may be needed
