We’re a small, independent real estate agency based on Sydney’s North Shore, and we’re looking for a motivated **Assistant Agent** to join our friendly team.

**What We’re Offering**:

- Part-time position with flexible weekday hours
- Work-from-home flexibility during the week
- Prime office location in a major Chatswood shopping centre
- A great opportunity to gain experience in both rentals and sales

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Conducting open inspections for both rental and sales properties
- Assisting with leasing and sales campaigns
- General support across rental and sales administration
- (Optional) Business development, if you have the skills or interest

**What You’ll Need**:

- Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent Certificate) - essential
- Driver’s licence and your own car - essential
- Availability to work **Saturdays (half or full day)** - required
- No prior experience required - but if you have some, that’s a bonus
- Ability to speak **Mandarin or Cantonese** is a plus (not essential)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude
