**Mortgage Broker Trainee - Provide mentorship program**

**About Us & the Role**

Wonderful Global, established in 2015, provides Mortgage Broking services to our clients.

**About the Position**

Full Time, Part Time, or Casual

We are seeking individuals interested in becoming a mortgage broker while working either full time or part time. This opportunity is ideal for those genuinely eager to learn the ropes of mortgage brokering and embark on a new career within the financial industry.

Should have at least one of the below-related working experiences to fill this position, and experience (study or work) in those areas.
- Accountant or Finance
- Real estate agent
- Banking
- Sales

**The program**
- Will be required to attend the training
- From the program, we will teach the lending policy and share the broker experience.
- Free of cost
- Provide two years mentorship - no fees charges

**Remuneration**
- A competitive structure will be commensurate with effort and outcome.
- We will provide mentorship to trainees until they become independent brokers

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectation
- Ability to present financial solutions to clients clearly and effectively, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Be a self-motivator and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $147,074.31 per year

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week
