**You will**:
The European Trade Manager will oversee the Europe & Middle East Wholesale Trade providing their expert and informed recommendations to increase sales, reduce cost and maximize our profitability.
**Sales Management**
- Working with the Global Head of Sales to oversee the Europe & Middle East Wholesale budget providing recommendations to increase sales, maximise profitability and reduce costs.
- Working with key senior managers to coordinate and align departments with the overall international sales strategy (in particular, product, finance and marketing)
- Identifying key sales opportunities within international markets and pursuing these.
- Ensuring wholesale marketing activities are kept within designated budgets.
- Providing feedback to the product team on key trends and needs of international markets.
- Guiding the QA/Design team on varying compliance and requirements across each country.
- Identifying inventory clearance opportunities in international markets.

**Agent & Distributor Sales Management**
- Acting as the first point of contact for agents, distributors and key accounts across Europe and Middle East.
- Working with agents and distributors to ensure all necessary seasonal sales tools and resources are provided to assist them in achieving sales budgets.
- Seasonal Range Inductions/Training of Agents & Distributors for range releases, to ensure Brand Language and Unique Selling attributes of seasonal ranges are taught and understood.
- Managing the seasonal budgets for third party regions.
- Liaising with agents to provide business critical information throughout season in regards to deliveries and logistics.
- Working closely with Agents & Distributors to understand unique product and sales opportunities within each region. Ensuring product opportunities are passed back to the business in a commercial fashion.
- Providing sales reporting and analysis of performance to key stakeholders (internal and external) and providing recommendations on improvements
- Reviewing distribution and logistics activities and providing suggestions for improvement
- Coordinating and providing representations at international trade shows and fairs
- Providing a high level of issue resolution for sales and logistics issues escalated by the team
**Account Management**:
- Ensuring positive, results orientated relationships are built and maintained with key accounts to increase performance and enhanced operational excellence.
- Working closely with global key accounts managed by third parties, ensuring the business has a direct relationship with these accounts and strategic influence over sales.
- Negotiating terms in season with key accounts.
- Working with Key account on marketing opportunities, ensuring marketing activities are kept within designated budgets
- Maintaining supplier portals for key accounts, ensuring the timely upload of seasonal data and assets.
- Post seasonal analysis of key accounts to understand brand performance and opportunities.
**You have**:
- Experience with third party / external stakeholder management
- Strong experience managing a wide variety of different sized wholesale accounts.
- International Wholesale experience
- Retail trade knowledge
- Experience with managing sales orders & budget
- Competent with reporting systems and pulling data sets.
- Experience managing third party sales agents & distributors.
- Proficient in AP21 (or similar fashion ERP system, AX, SAP)
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with JOOR (or similar order platform, NuOrder)
- An understanding that managing relationships and stakeholders in Europe and Middle East timezones requires some flexibility with working hours
