As a **Reservations Manager**, you’ll lead a vital function of our hotel and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.

**Position Summary**:

- Lead and inspire the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and maximize guest satisfaction
- Manage the reservations process with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with hotel strategy and inventory controls
- Collaborate with key departments including Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Drive performance through coaching, development, and on-the-job training for your team
- Support group business through allocation management and communication with stakeholders
- Monitor team performance and service standards, ensuring all calls and correspondence are handled professionally and in line with Marriott brand expectations
- Assist with forecasting, reporting, and occupancy planning to support hotel revenue goals
- Promote a culture of care, compliance, and accountability by upholding all Marriott policies including Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental Responsibility, and Business Ethics
- Actively contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance efficiency and service delivery

**About You**:

- Experience in a leadership or reservations-based role within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (MARSHA, Opera, or similar) and inventory management
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- A proactive mindset and commitment to service excellence
