**HOST/RESERVATIONS COORDINATOR**

Greca is a Greek restaurant located in the Howard Smith Wharves precinct. Open every day for lunch and dinner, we aim to create a place that brings the high energy and fun of the Greek islands to our prime spot on the Brisbane River. Our menu takes a modern approach to Greek dishes and is accompanied by a drinks list of smash-able cocktails and Australian and European wines.

Greece is renowned for its down-to-earth, warm hospitality, and these sentiments are reflected in Greca’s approach to service. To enable our staff to take exceptional care of our guests, we look to provide a supportive, fun, and collaborative environment within our team.

We are looking for a **Host/Reservations Coordinator** to join the team

**About You**
- Customer Focus
- Great communication skills
- Able to multi-task while staying organized
- Bubbly personality
- Previous experience as a Reservation Coordinator (preferred)
- Previous restaurant experience (minimum 1 year)

**Responsibility**

This is a hybrid role, mainly in the office managing reservations and some hosting/supervising the door;
- Supervise host book efficiently and oversee seating arrangements.
- Handle clients amicably and with understanding whether they have reservation or not.
- Make great and impressive first impression on customers.
- Schedule reservation for guests both in person and over the phone.
- Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment

**Experience**:

- restaurant reservations: 1 year (preferred)
- Host/hostess: 1 year (preferred)
