**The role**

We are on the search for a Benefits Realisation Lead. This is a key position within the enterprise Operational Excellence function that focus on the identified and approved benefits is maintained through delivery of Operational Excellence initiatives to optimise and realise benefits.

**Your impact**

We’re looking for someone who can drive the delivery of monthly Operational excellence reporting and preparation for Executive review sessions in relation to performance and tracking of the productivity targets. You will impact in this role by:

- Developing benefits realisation tools and frameworks to support effective benefit realisation, tracking and performance measurement
- Actively track and report on benefit realisation and support delivery crews in delivering bottom line outcomes
- Promoting a culture of driving change to help build a continuous improvement mindset across the enterprise

**About you**

You are an analytical thinker, with the ability to interrogate data and challenge the status-quo. You will have proven experience in a similar role, developing operational excellence frameworks and tools. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups across Medibank.

**Must have skills**
- Proven experience in the creation, baselining and implementation of benefits deliverables, tools, processes, and methodologies, including ability to utilise semi-complex excel based tools and calculations (or equivalent systems).
- An enterprise mindset that considers opportunities with a 360-lens including customer experience, employee experience, cost pools and risk controls
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to create a compelling message, and production of strategic and formal documents
- Experience in health sector and understanding of private health including claims management and products is desirable
