- We’re recruiting for a full-time Inspection Coordinator to join our Offshore Energy team in Perth. This role will ensure quality delivery of inspection works to ensure compliance with Company Maintenance Plans and Performance Standards, in conjunction with applicable codes, standards, and specifications. They will oversee work scope estimation, development of inspection work packs, material procurement and temporary equipment management in support of inspection works related to structures, equipment, piping and pressure vessel components within the offshore environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resource estimation, work pack build, execution coordination and basic scheduling of topside inspections for offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., API RP 2A level 1,2,3,4).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess the integrity of platform structures, including topside, hull, and splash zone and prioritise the related inspection activities.
- Collaboration with facility short, mid and long term planning teams for accurate work scope scheduling.
- Organise and facilitate HAZID / HIGH Level Risk Assessments for critical or high risk scopes of work. This includes After Action Reviews.
- Support and oversee inspections of piping systems, equipment and pressure vessels.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections, especially in hazardous environments.
- Maintain compliance with all Australian and Company Standards.
- Review and provide feedback/actions from all vendor and third party compliance reports.
- Coordinate and arrange vendors for NDT / Advanced NDT activities, including (but not limited to) ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and radiographic testing.
- Ensure accurate reporting of inspection results.
- Develop and implement confined space entry procedures, risk assessments and permitting.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Quality Assurance experience, Mech Trade or related fields.
- API, NACE, ASNT, CSWIP/AWS, DSQR, and other relevant certifications.
- Previous experience working in SAP CMMS, strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection techniques, and experience in offshore operations.
- Previous work in structural, piping, or vessel inspections. Offshore experience.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License/Forklift licence.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
