A government department is seeking a Contracts / Interface Agreement Coordinator to start immediately

**Your new company**
A major State Government department based near Perth CBD, is seeking an Interface Agreement Coordinator to commence ASAP. This role is being offered on an initial temporary arrangement, requiring you to work full-time hours on a competitive hourly rate.

**Your new role**
As an Interface Agreement Coordinator you will be the main point of contact in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, regarding the department’s agreement requirements. You will determine, document, and implement processes to ensure these requirements are met in future. Your duties will include:

- Conduct site inspections to identify interfaces across the department
- Review available interface agreements and register for currency
- Compare current Interface Agreements against what is required from site inspections
- Liaise with relevant Branch Managers/broader stakeholders and third party to ensure Interface Agreements are created where required
- Establish, implement, and communicate process for controlling documentation including finalising an updated department interface agreement register

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you will display the following:

- Previous Interface experience, ideally within road, rail, property, or infrastructure
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with confidence building and maintaining relationships
- Stakeholder management and communication experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Possession of a current WA driver’s license or equivalent, with a willingness to travel outside of the Perth metro area when required
