We specialise in Australia as well as New Zealand and the South Pacific regions. Our clients are from USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, India and the South Pacific.

About the role:
As Groups Inbound Travel Coordinator at AWWT, you will be creating tailor-made itineraries that showcase Australia and New Zealand.

Your role involves:

- Creating new and following existing Groups itineraries for overseas and wholesale Travel Agents;
- Booking products for Australia and New Zealand;
- Quote and operate FIT and Groups traveling to Australia and New Zealand
- Ensure that the tour files are operated smoothly and are profitable
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to obtain rates as and when required
- Assisting other departments, as required.
- Preparing accurate and clear client documents

Preparation of client documentation
- Maintaining and expanding product knowledge;
- Ensuring client’s expectations are met;
- Maintaining professional business correspondence;
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and excelling under pressure;
- Demonstrating a solutions-focused approach to building exceptional travel experiences;
What You Need to Succeed:

Favourable Experience:

- Experience in groups inbound travel consulting
- An understanding of Australian and New Zealand travel products
- 2 + years in the travel industry
