The Role

As our FIT Inbound Consultant, you'll design, quote, book and manage customised itineraries for international visitors. You'll bring creativity, accuracy, product knowledge, and operational know how to every booking – ensuring seamless travel experiences from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and loves sharing the best of Australia with the world.

What you will be doing

  • Create tailor-made itineraries for FIT travellers across Australia.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and bookings using Tourplan.
  • Communicate professionally with international agents and suppliers.
  • Manage confirmations, documentation, and final itineraries.
  • Provide high-quality service and quick solutions for client enquiries or issues.
  • Stay up to date with tourism products, experiences, and destinations.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in inbound tourism or FIT consulting
  • Strong destination knowledge of Australia.
  • Experience with Tourplan or similar reservations system.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and genuine love of travel.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in luxury, eco and experiential travel.
  • Fluency in another language (e.g German, Spanish, French)
