**RESPONSIBILTIES**

The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including the actioning of customer queries and requests. Other responsibilities also include but are not limited to;
- Processing customer invoicing;
- Assisting in the collection efforts of outstanding invoices
- Improving the AR and AP filing, documentation and review processes;
- Deal with supplier queries and reconcile creditors statements;
- Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month end reconciliation procedures;

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar AP/AR role;
- Call centre experience is desirable
- Have a solutions based mindset with strong communication skills;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams;
- Have been exposure to accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks;
- Possess elite administrative, task management and organisational skills.
