**The Opportunity**:

- Join KBR as we expand and strengthen our _**_Land Systems Division_**_ in _**_Melbourne_**_ We’re seeking defence experienced _**_Project Support _**_professionals (_**_must be AGSVA security cleared_**_) with an interest in delivering complex and meaningful projects that support Australia’s defence capability. _
- This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Australia’s land systems programs and help shape the future of defence within the following branches:_
- _ Armoured Fighter Vehicle Branch _
- _Land Vehicle Systems Branch_
- _ Land Manoeuvre Systems Branch_
- _ Land Engineering Agency_

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control project activities to meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to enhance overall project efficiency.
- Ensure projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant records.
- Possess a strong understanding of the respective industry, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Other duties as directed.
- Qualifications in engineering or project management
- Minimum of 2 years of related project management experience
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organisation, and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
