We have an exciting opportunity for a **customer care consultant** to work at our site located in **Canning Vale WA**

**This is an Indigenous

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all customer enquiries are answered in a prompt and professional manner.
- Using on-line systems to access data and answer customer queries within pre-determined service times.
- Entering customer requests/queries on-line.
- Maintaining accurate customer records.
- Administration

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior customer service experience - contact centre preferred but not essential
- Have excellent phone manner and enjoy interacting with a vast variety of customers.
- Have patience and empathy towards others.
- Have a can-do attitude and love creating the WOW factor for customers.
- Competent computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask with a high level of attention.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canning Vale WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
