***About the role**

On a day-to-day basis this role will undertake risk management and quality assurance activities to support and educate service delivery with the health check program, compliance, and associated governance activities across all channels.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - demonstrated ability to consult, facilitate and adapt engagement approach to cater to diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to analyse data to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision making and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, support, coach and educate staff in operational risk, and quality assurance to identify, and implement process improvement strategies

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct operational compliance and risk management activities
- Supporting the delivery of the Operational Governance Health Check program
- Provide timely, expert advice and recommendations on results from the Health Check program
- Ability to manage competing priorities while still satisfying?timelines
- Strong liaison skills with external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating and scheduling of independent health checks across all Service Delivery channels

**Remuneration**

Service NSW Grade 7/8 base salary for this role starts at $ 95,136 p.a. plus superannuation and leave loading.
