**Production Team Leader**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities and analyzing and addressing issues, including some administrative tasks
- Also, you will be responsible for ensuring the team loads truck in accordance with the Dangerous Good Regulations
- Promote continuous improvement plans, will be part of your role
- Further, you will have to support the Production Managment team by leading, coaching, developing and organising Production personnel
- Moreover, you will have to deliver results in the areas of SHEQ, Customer Service and Operational Performance

**What makes you great**
- You will possess technical and process knowledge of area
- You have previous exposure to an industrial environment
- You have completed or has ability to complete Coaching Skills course equivalent to Level 2
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage
- Forklift license would be an advantage
