**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Identifies as First Nations (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander)
- Holds a valid driver’s licence

- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Committed to completing the full 12-month program
- Experience in labouring or road work is a plus, but not essential
