We are seeking reliable Entry-Level Cleaners to join our growing commercial cleaning team across Sydney. This is a genuine opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the cleaning industry with a company that values its employees.

You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in commercial buildings including offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities across the Sydney metro area.

Multiple positions available with immediate start dates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors in commercial spaces
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
  • Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely according to training

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Right to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
  • Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 15kg)
  • Reliable and punctual with good attendance record
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic English language skills (reading signs, safety instructions, and checklists)
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
