A fantastic opportunity has become available for an **Entry Level Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our friendly team based in **Carole Park QLD**. This role will see you on the phone with customers to ensure all monies owing is receipted in a timely manner. If you have a great attitude and willingness to learn, we will train you

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Assist with managing debt collection for Tier 1 and Tier 2 corporate clients
- Assist the team with system uploads if/when needed
- Process bank allocations against debtor accounts
- Develop positive relationships with Internal and External stakeholders
- Other general administration duties

To be successful, you will have:

- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn, a collaborative team player
- Previous experience with credit collections/reconciliations would be advantageous
- Computer literacy - MS suite specifically Word, Excel and Outlook

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yennora NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
