Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a **highly motivated **and **experienced **professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation. This role exists to oversee and manage the local site cleaning teams, ensuring the timely completion of work orders, compliance with contract requirements, and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- This is an onsite role and will require traveling to different sites to join the local cleaning teams. Work hours vary between 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday._
- Please note that a valid driver's license and motor vehicle are required for this position, as this job could see you travelling anywhere across Sydney._

Prior post construction cleaning experience and a white card is mandatory for this position. Our primary focus is on recruiting honest, reliable, motivated individuals with a positive can do attitude and a keen eye for detail.

**Using a flexible and adaptable approach, the responsibilities of the Cleaning Supervisor include**:

- Attending our sites and assisting our cleaning team by providing hands on assistance.
- Providing day-to-day supervision and support, including on-site job training.
- Training and coaching new staff on cleaning procedures.
- Prioritising, organising and allocating work areas and tasks to cleaning staff.
- Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre, interim and final quality inspections).
- Management of resources and rostering, alongside the management team.
- Managing quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams.
- Developing relationships with clients

**About You**
- Experience working in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry ( min 2 years essential).
- Good skills in training, and an excellent ability to relate to others from different backgrounds.
- Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- A strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- The ability to develop relationships and communicate with the wider team.
- The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- A current NSW drivers licence (essential).
- White card (essential).
- Experience with end of construction cleaning (essential).
- Australian National Police Check and Legal Rights to work in Australia.
- Must be able to provide at least two previous work references (essential).
