To kickoff this role will be a hybrid role where you will perform a mix of Supervisor and solo domestic cleaning duties each day. This will allow you to build a base level of understanding of how we operate as your management responsibilities grow. Initially you will be looking to drive two core initiatives:

- Improved reliability of our service
- Increased engagement with our team members and customers from a local level

**What we are Looking For**:

- Friendly and highly dependable team members
- Domestic cleaning experience
- Management, Supervisor or Team Leader experience is preferred
- Your own car and a valid drivers’ licence
- Availability between Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work)
