**About The Role**

Due to rapid expansion, we now require 2 Part Time Cleaning Supervisor's responsible for a prestigious school.

Ensure the areas are cleaned to high standards.

Inspect the work of the cleaning staff.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Liaise with the client.

Fill in a cleaning shift if urgent (very rare circumstance)

Assist in periodical work, Carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, Pressure cleaning, Window cleaning during school holidays.

Inspect cleaner’s rooms.

Staff Training

Hands on Supervision, Training and Leadership of night teams.

Completing detailed cleaning audits and reports.

Resolving issues through DC portal systems with the implementation of action plans.
- **START TIME IS 4pm, FINISH TIME IS 8PM Monday to Friday.** On rare occasions there may be requirements for weekend and/or day time hours, however the team member will receive Time in Lieu for any additional hours.
- **START TIME IS 7pm, FINISH TIME IS 11PM Monday to Friday.** On rare occasions there may be requirements for weekend and/or day time hours, however the team member will receive Time in Lieu for any additional hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience is a MUST.
- Previous Management experience is a MUST.
- MUST be able to communicate well.
- Committed to following OHS requirements.
- Capable of completing detailed reports and mentoring team members.
- MUST be competent using Microsoft Suite and CRMs;
- MUST have a valid Drivers License
