Reporting into Head Of Sales the Key Account Manager based in the Seven Hills office you will be responsible for growth, research & sales targets $$$. Pneumatic, Hydralic or HVAC account management in NSW highly regarded. Relocations will be considered for the right experience.

**The Client**:
This position is being recruited for a widely recognised, international hydraulics company. Providing fluid power, motion control and hydraulic filtration solutions into a wide range of markets.
They can provide solutions from simple hose, fittings and connectors through to hydraulic filtration, monitoring and flow-control and complete hydraulic and pneumatic system integration.
Their products development teams able support their commercial objectives by continuously and consistently concepting new engineered solutions within the hydraulic and pneumatic markets. The ability to deliver both simple and complex solutions has put this company at the forefront of the market verticals that it works across.
**The Position**:
On any given day your duties will involve:
- Review and develop sales territory call plans and maintain updates in CRM
- Endeavour to achieve KPIs weekly
- Ensure regional strategies to develop sales territory growth within current Accounts and new prospects.
- Present and sell the product range to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare pneumatic specifications/quotes.
- Liaise with the technical/engineering team regarding design support
- Regularly monitor customer/competitor and market activities / events.
- Continually update territory customer and prospect database.
- Direct liaison between vendors and purchasing department
- Perform the administrative functions of QA, budgeting, spending control, capital planning, forecasting and reporting.
**The Package**:
- A base salary of up to **$130k **+ Superannuation + Annual Bonuses
- Knowledge of Hydraulic circuit design and/or Pneumatic circuit design
- Sales or Account Management exposure
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
