The **Product Lead - Intermediary**will collaborate with the Digital Channel & Product Manager, the National Manager - Digital, the Technology Delivery Manager, Digital BAs, and cross-functional teams to manage the digital experience for brokers. This role focuses on meeting brokers' needs, ensuring user satisfaction, and aligning short and long-term strategies. Your role will directly contribute to our intermediate business channel's strategy and future growth.

**There are five core components to this role they are (a full PD is available on request)**
- **Customer Support and Troubleshooting**:As the primary contact for brokers, you will ensure the timely resolution of their issues and provide day-to-day support for brokers and underwriters. You'll gather feedback for product improvement and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues effectively.
- **Product Support**: Oversee the lifecycle of digital products for the intermediary line, ensuring they meet customer needs, market demands, and regulatory requirements while supporting product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- **Digital Experience Monitoring**:Monitor and analyse digital interactions, collect customer behaviour data, and present insights to enhance the digital experience for the intermediary channel.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**: Collaborate with managers on strategic initiatives, provide input from broker interactions, and ensure alignment between daily operations and strategic goals.
- **Competitor & Market Analysis**: Conduct competitor analysis, market research on industry trends, and prepare reports with strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

**About You**:
**Your most recent experience will have been within a general insurance underwriter, broker or related** where you have had some functional or operational responsibility for the underwriting or broking platform your business relies on. This might be a common platform like Guidewire, Sunrise, Winbeat, Steadfast systems etc or like in the case here at Acerta, a platform purpose-built for your business. Either way, you understand the way these platforms allow brokers and underwriters to transact, know how to troubleshoot, understand the product lifecycle and how to connect the dots between those developing products, the end users and the technology team that supports it. Importantly you can link these measures to growth and the strategic importance of this for Guild Insurance.

Naturally, you'll come with some industry qualifications and work experience gained in broking or underwriting. This coupled with your relationship building, natural curiosity and strategic thinking will set you up for success.
