Reporting to the Creative & Production Director, y**o**u will be responsible for leading Creative and Production teams within our APAC markets while providing strategic input and guidance in order to develop team and expand overall company growth. You will work as part of a small, high-performing team to deliver an efficient and effective creative process from the kickoff call to the airing, ensuring you are with our clients every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic conversations and meetings across company and cross-functional teams
- Oversee, guide and train APAC and Creative and Production teams enabling them to better deliver on client needs
- Drive excellence across the agency in our productions, by supporting Creative and Production team through strategic and creative guidance from production to execution
- Launch into new and emerging markets in the APAC region
- Work directly with clients to overcome any challenges, provide support and expertise
- Work closely with an in-house team (sales, producers, editors etc.) to help guide a project from concept to delivery
- Liaise with BG internal stakeholders, external production companies, and clients
- Oversee and guide timeline management, ensuring time efficiency and proactivity
- Oversee management of regional budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to global budget parameters
- Manage and oversee team as they lead creative development, and meet with leading FMCG marketers
- Attend all TV & Digital shoots as a leader and be able to guide and jump in as producer as needed
- Ensure all production materials, templates, training profiles are updated regularly

**Our Qualifications and Experience Wishlist**
- Post-secondary education in advertising/media/communications/marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of industry-relevant experience working with video editing, directing, and producing
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Exceptional Leadership skills and confidence in directing and supporting production team
- Strong management, problem-solving, and strategic abilities
- Possess a strong understanding of the Buchanan business and our branded advertising platforms
- Exceptional communication skills (additional language considered an asset)
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and MS Office
