**What Your Day Will Look Like**

As a Lead Product Designer, you won’t just design, you’ll define the future of global sports fandom. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, partnering with some of the biggest sports federations and leagues to shape how millions of fans connect with the games they love.

You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team of creative, technical, and passionate thinkers who share your drive to craft extraordinary fan experiences. As a trusted design leader, you’ll work directly with clients and cross-functional squads, driving fast, iterative design that turns bold ideas into reality.

- Leading creative exploration and workshops, transforming insights into breakthrough concepts.
- Working hands-on across multiple squads, ensuring every interaction and every pixel feels effortless.

- ** A Figma Guru**: Expert in **Figma** for high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and design system maintenance.
- ** Familiarity with Design Systems principles** and maintaining a scalable, component-based library.
- ** Deep understanding of responsive design principles** and cross-platform (Web, iOS, Android) best practices.
- ** Working knowledge of front-end technologies** (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineers.
- ** Expertise in end-to-end product design and delivery**: Proven ability to facilitate creative workshops, collaborate closely with research teams, and lead the process from journey mapping and wireframing through to prototyping.
- ** Demonstrate strong leadership skills** and have the ability to motivate, influence and inspire team members.
- ** Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills** for communicating design vision and strategy to clients and executive teams.
- ** Experience in leading design**across multiple Agile/Scrum delivery teams/squads.
