Insights Analytics Manager

As an Insights Analytics Manager in the Analytics, Data and Decision Science (ADDS) team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data insights strategies that support business goals and objectives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis and performance assessments to measure process effectiveness, identify trends, and propose improvement opportunities
- Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture, modelling and visualisation techniques
- Monitor technologies, techniques, and processes for capturing business intelligence, adjusting business processes where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data analytics solutions align with business goals.
- Communicate technical insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- May oversee a small team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to help improve their skill and achieve their goals.
- Design and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor process.

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau and R Shiny.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in process analysis methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile, and skilled in using process improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identify and implement process improvements.
- Data Warehousing experience would be beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
