**The Role**

On the back of winning long term projects across Government, Health and their NFP departments - the consultancy are rapidly growing and looking for a **Manager **with experience in **Insights** and **Data Analytics**, to deliver analytical insights and recommendations to enable timely and informed decision-making.

Reporting into a passionate Director, you will have the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects to help build strategic road maps and improve services, programs and outcomes that will help organizations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Mentoring teams and delivering on a wide range of concurrent analytics and multidisciplinary

assignments.
- Providing crucial business insights and establishing positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking to develop hypotheses that will enable data-driven decision making and problem solving.
- Developing appropriate models using tools (SAS, SQL, R, Python and Excel) to test business hypothesis and assess impacts.
- Summarizing and presenting data outputs and complex ideas in a coherent story including meaningful data visualisations (Power Bi, Tableau, Qlik)

**About You**
- Quantitative background with qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial (bonus for advanced degrees).
- **4 -5+ years'** experience working across analytics with **previous experience working in consulting sectors a big plus**:

- Strong knowledge and experience across analytical programs - SAS, SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel.
- Strong commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with C-Suite clients and stakeholders.
- Self-starter and ability to work autonomously.
