We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a global employee assistance programme (EAP) provider, whereby your daily interactions with clients will have a direct and positive impact on their lives. Providing wellbeing solutions to customers on a global scale, our client is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Onsite Delivery Manager, the Customer Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the sourcing and delivery of Additional Services, ensuring that strategic solutions are delivered in an effective, courteous and timely manner.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Coordination of all APAC service requests
- Assisting with invoicing and data management
- Assisting external clients with service requests, support and information in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting and directing internal stakeholders with business queries
- Improvement of information and business processes
- Completing requests and projects assigned by the team manager
**You will ideally have**:
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer/keyboard skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to be understanding and empathetic towards clients
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and resilient within a shift work environment
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
