**About CDK Stone**
For over 40 years, CDK Stone have been providing total support to the stone industry. While we supply beautiful natural stone and tools to the industry, we are a leading supplier of industrial CNC bridge saws, waterjets and milling machines that cut, shape and polish a natural stone slab into a stunning kitchen benchtop.
While we are a national company with over 110 people across 5 states, the Service Team are a small close-knit unit. We are looking to support, mentor and develop our next Customer Service Coordinator to thrive in our team

**About You**
- Whilst you may enjoy performing administrative tasks, what you enjoy the most is interacting with people. You value providing high-quality customer service, building genuine rapport and identifying a solution to a problem, all with the aim of giving them the best possible customer experience.
- Whether it's scheduling meetings or appointments, punctuality or completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner, you love being organised and have demonstrated excellent time management skills.
- You may have performed administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry and scheduling which have required strong attention to detail. You enjoy being thorough with your work to ensure it is high quality, accurate and error free.
**About the Role**
The goal for this position within the machinery department is to ensure the coordination of the end-to-end delivery of service requests from highly valued customers. It's ok if you don't much about the stone industry, you will work closely alongside other members of the Service Case Management Team and add significant value by:
- Learning about the Stone Industry and utilising your customer service skills to develop the support you can provide customers
- Take incoming calls from Machine Operators, Production Managers and business owners who are calling in seeking technical support for their industrial stone processing machinery
- Provide an empathetic approach to customers situations, making sure you ask the right questions to get an accurate understanding of their circumstance
- Schedule technicians to go out on site to troubleshoot the customers machinery fault(s), providing them with comprehensive information on the situation and what tools they will need
- Assist with processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Conduct maintenance calls to customers to book in routine machinery servicing
**Selection Criteria**
